LIVE SAFER. STAY LONGER.

Anderson Moore was one of the first remodelers in the country to be designated as a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS). We have helped many customers adapt their homes so they can stay in them longer while feeling safer and more comfortable.

We start by identifying solutions to meet your specific needs. Then we offer recommendations that range from simple modifications to innovative remodeling approaches that are as stylish as they are functional.

EASY DOES IT

This shower design features slip-resistant flooring and a no-step shower entry. Sleek-looking bars were added for extra security both in and out of the shower.

NO MORE STRAIN

In this kitchen, we installed a shallower sink to reduce stress on the back from having to bend over. The faucet has convenient hands-free activation.

HAVE A SEAT

The attractive wood seat can be quickly lowered and raised in this shower. We also put in a showerhead on a slide bar so the height can be easily adjusted.

NOT TOO HOT

We added a thermostatic control to this shower to help control the temperature and avoid the risk of burns. We also replaced the control knob with a lever that’s easier to control.

LET THERE BE LIGHT

More and brighter lighting helps aging eyes see better and improves safety. As an added bonus, it can also serve to highlight the beautiful features of a room.
