STAFFORDSHIRE

KITCHEN

We took this kitchen from cramped and dated to spacious and chic, opening up the space to create a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining area. We replaced the basic white cabinets with gray shaker ones and added a stunning blue island, dramatic pendants, and marble-inspired quartz countertop.

BATHROOM

What was once a dark and cramped bathroom is now an inviting, light-filled retreat. We replaced the floral wallpaper with bright painted walls and added a stunning vanity with a marble countertop and curved hardware. A new shower with a glass door and river rock floor finishes the spa-like look & feel.

STAFFORDSHIRE

BATHROOM

We transformed this beige bathroom into one that’s both on-trend and classic. The navy vanity adds character, while the soft tones of the shower give it a fresh, clean look. We chose a synthetic floor tile that looks like marble without the hefty price tag, and then brightened the room with upgraded lighting.

FAIRFAX

KITCHEN

This dark, crowded kitchen was closed off from the adjacent family room. We took down a wall to create an open flow. White shaker cabinets, subway tile and quartz countertops gave the kitchen a classic look. The peninsula was painted navy as an accent and to hide wear & tear from people sitting at it.

KITCHEN

This small kitchen was separated from adjacent living spaces. We removed a wall and added light wood cabinetry plus a white subway tile backsplash to give the kitchen a modern look. Appliances were designed to blend into the cabinetry. A new dining nook provided seating for 4.

RIDGEMERE

KITCHEN

This all-white kitchen looked dated and bland with basic builder cabinets and ’90s fixtures. We added all new cabinetry in Jasper Green plus marble countertops and backsplash, gold fixtures and lighting, and high-end appliances that together really elevated the space and made a bold statement!

BATHROOM

This classic ’90s bathroom featured a large jetted tub and small shower. We removed the tub to allow for a larger shower and added custom tile work. A taller vanity was silhouetted against a wallpapered accent wall, and a new sitting area was created that had large drawers for extra storage.

BATHROOM

This basic bathroom had understated white cabinets, a fiberglass surround with simple white tile, and a large built-in tub. We added custom cherry cabinets with towers, a freestanding tub, herringbone marble tile, and a quartz shower. A garden window was installed to bring more light into the room.

BATHROOM

This dark and tiny bathroom had a dated tile shower and little storage with only a pedestal sink. We added new cabinetry for the vanity and above the toilet, plus a larger medicine cabinet. We used white penny floor tiles and emerald green subway tiles to bring a punch of color to this historic home.

KITCHEN

The owner wanted to modernize the space to fit the home’s Craftsman style. We took down a wall to open up the space, then added subway tile, white quartz countertops, a custom range hood, inset cabinetry with antique brass hardware, and floating shelves in a natural oak finish to match the existing windows.

KITCHEN

We were able to double the size of this kitchen thanks to a large addition that was added to the house. We maximized the new space with additional storage and cabinets, and added a wow factor with new granite countertops, stainless appliances, subway tile backsplash, and a pop of color on the walls.

KITCHEN

Dark countertops and cabinets really made this kitchen feel small. We brightened it up with new white cabinets, a light-colored, less busy backsplash, and updated, brighter lighting. We also added a farmhouse-style sink to match the overall architecture of the rest of the home.

OSPREY RIDGE

DOG SPA

We designed this dog spa with both dogs and owners in mind! The elevated bath makes it possible to stand and bathe the dogs, while the steps make for an easy entrance and exit. All the cabinets are easy to access and the tile floor cleans up nicely!
