Tracy has hands-on involvement in the day-to-day scheduling and managing of projects. This allows him to continually scrutinize all aspects of the AndersonMoore process to ensure the best customer experience. Tracy has held multiple posts, including president and vice president of the Remodelers Council, a group affiliated with the Winston-Salem Home Builders Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Erik is responsible for coordinating the design of all of our projects and facilitating these projects as they move from design to production. He works closely with our clients to make sure their goals and objectives are met. Outside of AndersonMoore, Erik volunteers for many community service organizations and teaches numerous classes for the National and North Carolina Home Builders Association (HBA).
With more than 30 years of experience in new construction and renovation, James has been a part of our team since 1997. He has gone from carpenter to lead carpenter to production manager (his current role). Once a project starts, James is in constant contact with the lead carpenters and trade partners and also reviews job status on a daily basis. His attention to detail is second to none. With a firm understanding of the importance of quality and timeliness, he treats each of his customers with respect and adheres to our code of values.
Dennis has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been an integral part of the AndersonMoore team for many years and enjoys working with clients to ensure they have the best possible customer experience. From start to finish, Dennis oversees each project to ensure that deadlines and expectations are met. His daily communication with homeowners is timely, clear and efficient. In his free time, Dennis enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and his son, Jackson.
Julie oversees all office matters for AndersonMoore. She manages our finances, handles personnel issues, and is responsible for company marketing and communications. Julie runs the office like clockwork and provides valuable support to both our clients and our team out in the field. In her free time, Julie enjoys being outside, volunteering at her daughters’ school, and spending time with friends and family.
Jennifer has been with AndersonMoore for many years and has over 15 years of experience in the design and remodeling industry. She loves being a part of the AndersonMoore team and getting to work alongside our clients to help make their dream project a reality. Jennifer guides clients through the design process, from ideas to material selections. Seeing the completed project is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, her daughter Mary Charlotte and her son Miller.
Before joining the AndersonMoore team, Virginia worked for years in the furniture and design industry. It is exciting for her to lead clients through the design process, so they can love the spaces they live in. Virginia has a lot of creative ideas and is committed to exceeding expectations for every client during the design process. When she’s not designing beautiful spaces at AndersonMoore, Virginia enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors, traveling, and volunteering for the Centenary United Methodist Church and Junior League of Winston-Salem.
After working in commercial photography as a set stylist and interior designer, Lauren looked for an opportunity to transition into residential interiors. She enjoys the challenges that each space and home present, and how rewarding it is to get it right for the homeowners to enjoy. When she isn’t designing for AndersonMoore, Lauren likes to spend her time frequenting Winston’s restaurants and breweries, and traveling to see friends and family.
